This move shows the company’s commitment to strengthening its financial structure and reinforcing its position in the used car sales industry.
Ron Kruczynski, the newly appointed Chief Financial Officer of America’s Group, holds a BA in accounting and finance from Augustana College and an MBA in marketing from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, showcasing his strong educational background and diverse skill set. Additionally, Ron is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), further exemplifying his expertise in financial management and accounting practices.
Prior to joining America’s Group, Kruczynski garnered extensive CFO experience in private equity-owned portfolio companies, including RoadSafe, Paper Source, iHeart Radio, and Highway Technologies. His tenure in these roles further solidifies his expertise in strategic financial management and proficiency in building high performing teams that partner with business to drive profit improvement.
